Product Information & Care

Some of our products do require easy self assembly. The instructions and tools to do so are always provided to you in your order.You can check the products which require assembly in each product description.

No. Our products and designs are a mix of different materials, namely brass, aluminium, iron and steel. Each material is used as per its specific characteristics and purpose.You can check the material used in the product details.

Always clean the surface of the product with a soft dry cloth. We spray our metal products with a strong lacquer which prevents the natural oxidation process. However over the years the product will discolour which is only natural to the material. At Topp Brass, we celebrate and appreciate the metals in their natural form and strongly encourage our customers to do the same.

Payment options

We offer a COD option on all products except custom orders and large volume Furniture items. You can check the options available at each product page

Shipping & Delivery

Our décor products (including Wall mirrors) are delivered within 10 days from the date of order. Our furniture products are delivered within 30 days from the date of order.You can always reach out to us at info@topprass.com for faster delivery enquiries.

Your package can then be tracked via their website.

Our courier partners will deliver the goods to your building premises and wherever further they are able to.For bigger items, they may not be able to bring them to your floor. In which case we request you to arrange for your own manpower.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you never find a reason to return your order. But in case you do, you can write to us at info@toppbrass.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We offer refunds or replacements if the product has been damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.We will initiate a pick up from our end. The product needs be well packed by the client, preferably in the same box it came in.Once we receive the product we will inspect it for damages/defects. Post inspection we will either send you a replacement, offer store credit or a refund of your money.
